About This Review

Don't rush through the review. Each idea deserves your full, unhurried attention. You might find that your understanding has shifted in subtle ways since you first practiced these lessons.

As you review, notice which ideas resonate more strongly now than they did initially. This natural deepening is part of the workbook's design — each review builds on the foundation of daily practice.

The recognition continues. Beloved, we are well past the halfway point.

Today's applied idea is in the Workbook. Read it. Sit with it.

In this second half of the twenty days, the affirmation can begin to land in the body itself — a small softening of the shoulders when the sentence is said, a slowing of the breath, a quieting that the body recognizes before the mind has decided anything. The body knows the truth of the practice before the mind has caught up. We do not need to explain this. We need only to notice it and to receive it gratefully.

There is no rush to understand what is happening. The Course has never asked for understanding. It has asked for willingness, and willingness has been given, day after day. The understanding, when it comes, comes as a consequence of the receiving, not as a precondition for it.

For today. Read today's lesson in the Workbook. Repeat the affirmation. Allow the body to soften where it can.
